Homemade Simple Fresh Plain / Natural Yogurt

Ingredient
1 liter    Fresh milk
75ml     Natural yogurt
500ml   Warm water (42 to 45 degree)
Thermometer

Steps
1)      Heat up milk in a pan under slow fire for 1-2 minutes till 35 degree to 45 degree (42 – 45 is the best results), use thermometer to measure.
2)      Then mix in yogurt into milk and stir till even.
3)      Turn off the fire and pour into a medium size stainless steel bowl (big enough to fill up mixture above) and set aside.
4)      On a separate large bowl with air tight cover (example, rice cooker), pour in the warm water and place the bowl (Step 3) into the rice cooker and close tight for 8 hours (do not open the lid in between). The results should be like “thick yogurt texture”, means you are successful. Then put in the fridge and eat it after 2 hours. Best to mix with fruits.

Note: If you don’t like tasteless and do not wish to mix with fruit, you can consider diluting some sugar in Step 1 above.

How to plan pregnancy for a boy or a girl

If you are planning your pregnancy to have either a boy or a girl. You might want to try this out which was shared by my mum which works for me.

Below are my mum's recommended formula:

1) day 1 -mentrual cycle started
2) day 7 -mentrual cycle ended
3) day 10 till 16 -for a girl, plan to have sex any of these period. After that, any subsequent days which you are planning to have sex, please use a condom. Thi is to avoid crossing over to step 4.
4) day 17 till 23 -for a boy, plan to have sex any of these period.

Note: The above might only apply to ladies with regular monthly mentrual cycle. As for the guys, also has a role to play too, please accumulate his sperm (not to ejaculate) for at least 2 to 3 weeks.

Hope it works for you! Happy trying!
